The client

Lambros Vakiaros was born in 1991 in the US. He comes from Samos, where he grew up and was first introduced to the culinary arts. He attended the Culinary Arts course in the Swiss Alpine Center and moved to Spain after he had concluded his practicum in “Mykonos Grace”. He has worked in a number of restaurants in Spain, including the 3-Michelin-Stars awarded restaurant Restaurante Martin Berasatequi in San Sebastian, followed by the Rich-Carlton, Abama in Tenerife, and the infamous Japanese restaurant Kabuki Wellington.

He competed and won first place in television’s competitive cooking show MasterChef in 2017 and today he shares his recipes and cooking tips with the audience of one of the most successful morning TV shows in Greece while being diligently involved in the activities of his brand with mixed spices called  Flavorits, founded in 2015.
